Consent to personal data
Acting freely, by his own will and in his interest, the subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the User) confirms his legal capacity and gives his stay to the Site Administration (hereinafter the Operator), on his personal data with his own conditions:
1. Consent on our data sites is provided by registering at gamesforfarm.com (hereinafter also the Site). The Operator processes the following personal data of the User:
• Email;
• Other information specified by the subject of personal data on the Site.
Also, data is processed that is automatically transmitted during the visit and use of the Site using the software installed on the user's device, including: IP address, information from cookies, information about the user's browser (or another program with which the site is accessed )), access time, address of the requested page, and more.
The operator may also change other personal information, directly for the purposes of data processing.
2. Consent to the use of the following data by the User in one of the following ways:

3. Consent to the processing of data that is not special or biometric, unless required by law.
4. Personal data is not publicly available.
5. The operator fulfills his data for the following purposes:

5.2. to conclude an agreement on the initiative of a private client or guarantor, will be the beneficiary or guarantor;
5.3. in order to achieve the goals established by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or by law, for the implementation and fulfillment of the functions, powers and duties imposed by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the Operator.
6. Actions of the Operator on data processing, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
7. The legal grounds for the processing of the User's data, as well as other issues related to the processing of the Operator's data, are reflected in the document called the Policy in the field of data processing (hereinafter the Policy), located on the Operator's Website at: https: // gamesforfarm. com / page / pk, with the User familiarized himself with and with the provisions of which he fully agrees. Therefore, the use for data processing is specific, informed and conscientious.
8. The operator processes and stores personal data until the operator reaches the goals of data processing or until the need to achieve these goals is lost.
9. Data processing may be terminated at the request of the User or his representative in the manner specified in the Policy. The storage of data recorded on paper is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation and regulatory legal acts in the field of archiving and archival storage.
10. In case of consent by the User or his representative to the services of the user, the Operator has the right to continue processing data without consent if there are grounds specified in clause 2 11 part 1 of Art. 6, part 2 of Art. 10 and part 2 of article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated July 27, 2006.
11. This is an integral part of the Policy and User Agreement. Any agreements on the site presented in Russian is of primary importance.
